To make a credit card payment, please use the link directly below to Stripe. Please note, while LPS DOES have a BAA with Stripe, we cannot always guarantee your privacy with a credit card processing. If you feel uncertain with this, please talk to your provider about alternative ways to make a payment.
You can also pay by mailing a check payable to "Lambert Psychological Services" to 4010 Dupont Circle STE 420, Louisville, KY 40207. You can only make payments in-person if you're scheduled a time to do so with your provider.
