Thank you for visiting our site and taking the first step to your wellness!  Dr. Warren Lambert opened LPS in 2013, with a desire to provide services for adults, adolescents, children, families and couples seeking support with life's struggles. With Louisville's high demand for mental health therapists, Dr. Lambert and his team have expanded their practice to better serve our community. We offer mental health services (in person) in Louisville and through telehealth throughout Kentucky.
